You have just one more step to complete, then you can make a conference call. Your next step is to create a conference profile, where you will define the characteristics of your conference. After creating your conference profile, you will be given your access telephone number and access PIN.

What are the costs for using the BizConf conferencing service?

The BizConf conferencing service is completely free of charge. BizConf does not bill anything for use of its free conferencing. Only domestic long-distance rates may apply which are solely determined by the conference caller’s long-distance carrier.

There are no hidden costs.

Is this conference service private and secure?

Yes. A 7 digit security PIN is provided to the host and all participants to access the conference system for a high level of security. Other conference services use only 4 digit security PINs, or even none at all. If your conference is scheduled, it can be configured to automatically lock the conference from further participants joining after a specified amount of time, or you can manually lock the conference any time.
